Refund policy

Returnable Items

We accept returns on hard-goods (e.g., pottery and similar non-living items) within 7 Days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new or saleable condition and you must have either the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You may choose to:

  • Exchange the item, or
  • Receive a refund (see options below)

Please note:

  • Plants, living products, gift cards, and other final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Custom, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued for eligible items if returned within the 48-hour return window. Refunds can be processed in the following ways:

  • Store credit
  • Original payment method
  • Refund to gift card (only available in person at our retail location)

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bloomtampa.com.

 

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us as soon as possible. Upon review, if a duplicate charge is found, we will refund the duplicate amount to your original payment method.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items, including if an item goes on sale after your purchase.
