Yellow Star is a hybrid derived from Capitata Maroon. It is very unique and rare. Similar to Capitata Maroon, Yellow Star’s foliage is very maroon with thick leaves. However, the inner leaves will naturally lighten all the way to a greenish yellow when in bloom and produce purple flowers. This plant is fast growing and propagates well.
