Local Delivery

As long as your delivery zip code is in our site’s directory, we are happy to offer in-person delivery. The only exception is that WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER TO HOSPITALS at this time as hospitals are no longer accepting drop-off gifts. For hospital delivery, we have a good local in-house pick-up option. See below…

In-House Pick-up

Once your order is prepared and ready for pick-up, we will call or text to notify you. Our pick-up location is our retail store located at 3005 South MacDill Avenue, Tampa, FL 33629. Feel free to call us with any questions. Our shop number is 813-805-2151.

Returns

Returns are accepted on hardgoods (pottery, etc) within 48 hours after receiving the item. Items in great condition can be exchanged or returned for refund back onto the method of original payment. No returns on plants / living products or Gift Cards.
